• When you fill in a form: your name or business name, email address and telephone number, the preferred date and time of an appointment, and the project details you choose to share, such as the subject, property type, budget range, area or community and your message.
• How you reached our website: the page where you arrived, the website that referred you and advertising tags such as the Google Ads click ID (gclid) or UTM parameters. We keep this with your enquiry to understand which of our advertising works.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser, device, approximate location (country) and the pages you visit. Our hosting provider processes this to deliver and protect the website, and Google Analytics processes it only if you accept statistics cookies.
• When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email: the information you include in your message.

• To answer your enquiry, arrange a consultation and prepare a proposal, at your request.
• To deliver our services and manage projects and contracts with our clients.
• To understand how the website is used and to measure our advertising, only with your consent.
• To protect the website and our forms from spam and misuse.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

• Before you choose: Google Tag Manager loads on every page, but while statistics or marketing are not accepted, Google’s tools set no cookies and send only anonymous signals without cookies, such as a page view or a sent form. Google uses them to estimate visits and ad results in aggregate, without identifying you. The ad click ID may be passed along in the page address instead of a cookie.
• External media: the Google Maps map on our contact page loads only when you click “Load map” or accept external media.

Our website fonts are delivered by Adobe Fonts, which receives your IP address to send them. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.

• Resend: delivery of form enquiries to our team by email.

• Meta (WhatsApp): if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
• Our email provider, and the suppliers and contractors involved in your project, when you become our client.

Some of these providers process data outside the United Arab Emirates, for example in the European Union or the United States, under their own data protection commitments.

• Website enquiries: up to 2 years after your last contact with us, unless you become our client.
• Client and project records: for as long as the project and our legal obligations require.
